Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Candle Clearance. We’re committed to offering great deals on premium candles, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.


🔁 All Sales Are Final

As an outlet site offering deeply discounted and clearance items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or general dissatisfaction with the product.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing our orders, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package by emailing amazon@maisonberger.us with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement if the damage is confirmed.


⏱️ Return Window for Exceptions

Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. After that window, we are unable to process any return or refund.


💳 Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
